We aim to deliver goods within 2-5 working days from the receipt of order but goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes out of our control. Any dates we specify for the delivery of goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods.

We aim to dispatch all orders received by 3pm the same day but cannot guarantee this as it may take longer than expected to process the order.

Car parts that are special order can take up to 14 working days.

We will always get the parts dispatched at the earliest opportunity and will deal with any queries or complaints as quickly as possible.

DELIVERY OPTIONS

£7.50 + VAT = Supplier Direct (1-2 Day)

We have one flat rate of shipping. There are many parts that are fragile or that weigh in excess of the standard courier limits so to avoid delays on shipping any items under this category we send all items out directly from the supplier.

They are responsible for the safe delivery of the item until it reaches you, this avoids having to insure the item separately or to have to make any lengthy claims for damaged parts in transit.

DELIVERY LOCATIONS

Our standard shipping rates ONLY cover UK postcodes.

We can ship packages to anywhere in the UK, Europe and the rest of the world but additional postage shipping costs may occur if you are outside of the mainland UK postcode area. Please email us before purchasing to establish what the shipping rate will be.

All UK couriers calculate the shipping cost on a volumetric weight. This is based on physical weight x height and length of the item. Each part will have a different price for European delivery. As a guide:-

<5kg will be £15.00 (All items under 1.1m long)

<10kg will be £20.00 (All items under 1.1m long)

>25kg will be £26.00 (All items under 1.4m long)

*Not all EC countries are listed as standard rates via UK couriers so please confirm country of shipment before purchase.

*NOTE:- All items sent to Europe are only covered for £50.00 so any items valued above this figure will need to be insured before dispatching them. This will be calculated along with the delivery costs.
